Finishing one stage of life does not automatically make the next one clear. We help young people prepare before major transitions, make informed choices and keep moving after the transition begins.

Six generations reach back. One successor generation begins the journey.
The Global Reach-Back Legacy Initiative connects six milestone generations — 1967@60, 1977@50, 1987@40, 1997@30, 2007@20 and 2017@10 — with the 2027@00 Successor Generation. From Reunion to Responsibility, alumni and other enablers can start with their former schools or open another useful door.
2027@00 — The Journey Begins. The Successor Generation is the generation being supported, not another Reach-Back Generation.
